About
Hi, I'm Lee.
I've spent more than 23 years building websites and helping businesses attract customers online. Over that time I've worked with everyone from local trades and hospitality businesses to professional service firms.
These days I focus on helping good businesses become easier to find, easier to trust and easier to contact.
Based in Cheshire. Working with businesses across the UK.

My story
Why I do this.
Most business owners I meet are already very good at what they do. They take pride in their work, they look after their customers, and their existing clients tend to stick around for years.
Their problem usually isn't the quality of the work. It's that the right people don't know they exist. Someone down the road needs exactly what they offer, has no idea where to look, and ends up ringing the first name that pops up on Google.
That gap — between a good business and the customers who would love to find it — is the bit I genuinely enjoy fixing. No big theatrics, no growth-hacking. Just steady, sensible work that makes a real difference to someone's phone ringing on a Monday morning.
That's really all this is about.
At a glance
A few things worth knowing.
23+ Years Building Websites & Businesses
I've been helping businesses attract customers online for more than two decades.
I've Built My Own Businesses Too
I understand the realities of running a business because I've done it myself.
Practical Advice, Explained Simply
No jargon, no buzzwords, no confusing reports.
Flexible Support When You Need It
No unnecessary retainers or long-term contracts. Just sensible help when it's needed.
Behind the scenes
Personal service. Trusted team.
You'll deal directly with me, but every project is backed by experienced designers, developers and specialists.
Most projects involve more than one person.
While you'll deal directly with me, I work alongside a trusted team who help bring projects to life when specialist skills are needed.
That means you get personal service and a single point of contact, backed by the expertise required to deliver high-quality websites, content, design and technical development.
No account managers. No layers of management. Just the right people involved at the right time.
Design
Creating websites that look professional, feel intuitive and reflect your business properly.
Development
Building fast, reliable websites that work smoothly across all devices.
Content & Marketing
Helping businesses communicate clearly and attract the right customers.
Project Lead
That's me. Keeping everything moving, coordinating the team and making sure the work supports your business goals.
How I work
No jargon. No fluff. No nonsense.
Four simple principles that shape every project I take on.
01
Start with what's already working
Before changing anything, I look at what's already bringing you customers. Most businesses have more going for them than they realise.
02
Keep things practical
I'd rather make three small changes that actually move the needle than write you a 40-page strategy document you'll never open again.
03
Explain things in plain English
No jargon, no acronyms, no pretending things are more complicated than they are. If I can't explain it simply, it probably isn't worth doing.
04
Focus on outcomes, not buzzwords
More enquiries. Better-fit customers. Less time wasted. Those are the things that matter — not vanity metrics or trendy tactics.
Who I help
The businesses I work best with.
Trades
Builders, electricians, plumbers, heating engineers — people whose phone needs to ring with the right kind of job.
Hospitality
Independent inns, restaurants, cafés and small hotels who rely on bookings, reputation and being easy to find.
Professional Services
Accountants, solicitors, surveyors and consultants who win work on trust and want to look the part online.
Local Independents
Family-run businesses who care about doing things properly and want a steady stream of good local customers.
Honestly, size matters less than attitude. I enjoy working with people who genuinely care about their customers and want to keep improving — whether that's a one-person operation or a small team of twenty.
In their words
Why clients like working with me.
“Lee just makes it easy. No waffle, no surprise invoices — he listens, gets on with it, and you can actually understand what he's done and why.”
“He explains things in a way that doesn't make you feel daft for asking. First person we've worked with who actually translates the tech stuff into something useful.”
“Always picks up the phone. If something needs doing it gets done that day. Sounds simple but you'd be surprised how rare that is.”
Think we'd get on?
If you'd like an honest conversation about what's working, what isn't, and where the opportunities might be, let's talk.
No pressure. No jargon. No obligation.
